Regalia Rental
General Information
- Our regalia rental service is available year round to students and alumni of StFX.
- Regalia rental services will not be available at times throughout the year when it is needed for large ceremonies on campus.
- Rental (and purchase) of regalia may be limited at certain times of the year, at the discretion of Regalia Services Staff.
- Please be sure to check out our regalia rental policy below before placing your online or in person order.
The StFX University Campus Store is the contact location for renting Regalia Articles - hoods and gowns.
Regalia Rental Policy
Online Orders
- A Rental Deposit Fee in the amount of $50.00 will be automatically added to your shopping basket and charge to your credit card at checkout.
- The Rental Deposit Fee will be refunded to your credit card when the Regalia rental's articles are returned back to the StFX Campus Store after the rental period.
- Please supply your Student ID and the dates you require the loan when placing your online order within the Special Notes Box located onto the Review Order Page.
In-Store Pickup
- Allow at least 2-3 business days before your regalia online order is process.
- You will be receiving an automatic email when your Regalia rental articles are ready for Pick up.
Shipping
- Please allow at least 2-3 business days before your regalia online order is process.
- Note that with this rental you will pay for your return shipping regalia rental articles. Return shipping labels will be provided.
- You will be receiving an automatic email when your regalia rental articles are shipped along with a tracking Number.
In-Store Orders
- A Rental Deposit Fee in the amount of $50.00 will be automatically added to your rental cost fee at the time when paying for your rental order.
- The Rental Deposit Fee will be refunded to you when the Regalia rental's articles are returned back to the StFX Campus Store after the rental period.
- Your Student ID, the dates you require the loan and your email address will be asked when placing your in-store order.
In-Store Pickup
- Alow at least 2-3 business days before your regalia order is ready.
- You will be receiving an email when your Regalia rental articles are ready for Pick up.
