The STFX Store accepts cash/debit/credit (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as forms of payment. The STFX Online Store accepts payment by credit (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
Only the authorized cardholder may make purchases with their card. As an alternative, StFX does have a program where parents, or others, may add funds to your Declining Balance Card (DCB) specific to the STFX Store. As a student you must first register as a 1st time user, on a desktop or laptop, by following the link to register: https://stfx-sp.blackboard.com/eAccounts
For friends and family to make deposits, they just need your first name, last name, and email address. Direct them to follow the link above and they can click on “Make a Guest Deposit”. You must be already registered as a user.

Orders for all in-stock merchandise will be prepared and shipped to you the next business day from receipt of your order.
Yes, items can be returned through the carrier of your choice and all associated mail fees are the responsibility of the sender returning the items.
A Customer Service Representative from the STFX Store will contact you and offer an alternate item or place your item back order. If the item is placed on back order, the item will be sent as soon as it is in stock with no additional shipping charges.
There are set fees as follows: for the Atlantic Canada Region ($9.00), the remainder of Canada ($15.00), and the United States ($25.00). All other international shipping charges will be assessed and billed individually via correspondence with you, the customer.
